Business Need: Develop a strategic plan for a technology realignment from legacy systems to a mixed cloud and on-premise environment delivering live operational data through a series of dashboards to increase efficiency and security.

Roadmap:

1. Review existing data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
2. Assist in developing new mixed cloud and on-premise data warehouse strategic plan.
3. Develop business requirements and specifications for reporting dashboard proof of concept.

Business Need: Establish the first corporate archive for the organization in business since the 1800’s.

3. Establish organizational structure to develop all policies and procedures for the program as well as support its implementation.
4. Develop all policies and procedures as well as Communication and Training plans to support the program.
5. Assist client in selection of an electronic document management system.
6. Manage implementation of the Roadmap.

Business Need: Update Legal Hold Information Governance processes to industry standards. Develop a strategic plan for a new data warehouse platform to meet the needs of an application decommissioning and the data analytic initiative.

Roadmap: 

1. Conduct baseline Information Governance Maturity evaluation.
2. Develop strategic plan to address Maturity deficiencies.
3. Develop organizational structure incorporating legal, IT and Records Management departments to manage and support the new program.
4. Develop requirements and system specifications for establishing indexing of the new data warehouse to improve search and retrieval capabilities.
5. Develop all policies and procedures as well as Communication and Training plans to support the program in accordance with federal guidelines. 
6. Created a comprehensive Electronically Stored Information (ESI) Data Map to support the organization’s need to identify critical business data for migration into the new data warehouse.

5. Led the analysis for an electronic document management system resulting in adoption of the recommendation.
